Some Reasons You No Longer Have Healthy, Shiny Hair

Sulfates are actually found in more than 90 percent of modern-day shampoos and body washes. You might think something so common wouldn’t be harmful. Getting less than seven to eight hours of sleep a night spikes your cortisol (stress hormone) levels. It isn’t a huge issue if it only happens every now and then, but most of us keep up this sleep deprivation for long periods of time. The negative effects on your health really add up.
